What is the quality of your hair?
All of our hairs is grade AAAAA quality and double drawn. Our hairs does not shed, tangle or matt up, and we stand behind the quality of our hair.
How many OZ comes in a bundle?
- 3.5oz for the Brazilian, Malaysian, Peruvian, and Indian hairs
How many bundles do I need to complete a full sew-in?
12”-16” needs 2 bundles 18”-24” needs 3 bundles 24”-30” needs 3 to 4 bundles
What is your return or exchange policy?
All sales are final. Exchange only and items must be in its original state ( as received) it must be unopened, unwrapped, unaltered, unworn, undamaged and all tags and packaging must be included. We do not accept any merchandise that has been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked, cut, colored or washed) exchanges must be within 7 days of receipt of hair. We do not refund shipping charges for orders returned.
How long does it take to ship and process the orders?
- Purchases must be submitted and payments must be received before 12pm EST in order to begin processing.
- Payments made with Credit or Debit cards may experience a hold time up to 48 hours due to bank verification purposes.
- Processing begins once the funds are received.
- Shipping and processing times are selected at the time of purchase.
- We offer 1 to 2 day processing along with each shipping option for an additional fee.
- If the 1 to 2 day processing is not selected then your order will be defaulted to the normal processing time which is 3 to 5 business days.
- For priority shipping it take 2 to 3 business days for you to receive your order.
- 1 business day processing with express shipping cost $37.99, 1 business day processing with 2-3 business day shipping cost $19.95 (applies to wholesale, dropship and retail)
- International shipping may be longer.
- 3-5 business day processing with express shipping cost $27.99, 3-5 day business processing with 2-3 business day shipping cost $11.95 (applies to wholesale, dropship and retail)

- For overnight, if you order before 12pm you will receive your order the next day.
- Priority shipping delivery time is never guaranteed, it could come a day later or a day earlier depending on USPS. If you live in remote towns Overnight shipping might take 2 days.
- International shipping may be longer.
- After your package is mailed you will receive a tracking number.
How long does the hair typically last?
6 months to a year depending on care.
Can the hair be colored?
Yes it can, but we advise that you use a professional colorist that specializes in coloring hair extensions.
What colors does the hair come in?
Virgin hair only comes in natural colors of the donors which is usually a light or dark brown color. You can indicate in your note and remarks at the time of purchase what color you would prefer, and we will try to match that the best we can.
What is the difference between the 5 different types of hairs?
The difference between the hairs is thickness and quality. Listed below is the best quality, softest, and thickest.

Why was my order placed under review?
Your order will be placed in review status if you are shipping to a different address from your billing address. If you are we must confirm with the credit card that it is a legitimate purchase before we ship your order out. This rule applies to overnight shipping as well.
Can I cut the weft?
Our wefts are not meant to be cut, if you need to cut your weft we recommend sealing the ends so that hair will not shed at point of cut.
Will my hair wave up again after I straighten it?
Yes it will, but the more you straighten the hair the more you will lose the pattern. It is important to remember that the hair is not attached to any cuticles so it no longer is receiving any nourishment, so if you continuously straighten you will relax the pattern just like you would with your own hair.
